Yeah, their way of asking for support is a bit pushy from my perspective, especially considering that they are one of the top projects that receives funding. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

I have not managed to make #HiveKeychain work though on my web browser for the past several days (despite changing RPC nodes), making me unable to perform any Hive transaction that does not accept #Hivesigner signs as an alternative at present. 🀯

I could still login to Hive Keychain and change my settings there, but not sign any transaction using it. 🀯

You added two replies to the same comment again. There was an announcement in the Hive Keychain Discord server mentioning that some people were having problems after the latest update, and ways to resolve it. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

I thought that it's okay for you if I reply with a different topic (and is not about your "keyboard autocorrect" or "quick typing fingers") on a given comment (or post) from you that I have already replied to. 🀯

At least, the technical problem I encountered with #HiveKeychain on that day seemed to get resolved on its own. πŸ˜…

You can do as you like, but I far prefer that you just put it all in one reply, to keep things more compact, and to give me fewer notifications to which I need to respond.

That's good, though I've had some weird Keychain issues over the past day or so. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

Whenever I publish a second reply to a single comment, it's very likely because I remembered to tell something more after I already have clicked/pressed the "Reply" button (on #Ecency). πŸ˜…

@astramar (who I talk with almost everyday here on Hive) also encounters issues with #HiveKeychain !INDEED. πŸ€―πŸ€“

All good, and I understand.

It seems that the last update has been causing issues for more than a few people, as I've been hearing about other's issues also. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

Let's !HOPE that updates to Hive apps (which includes dapps) don't break more features than the old ones they fix or the new ones they release !INDEED! πŸ€—

It's also good to know that I'm also not the only one to experience issues with #HiveKeychain during those times. ☺️ !HOPE !LOLZ

Anyway, I think that you mean that you also received such "pushy request" from #HiveKeychain asking you to support their Hive funding proposal with a daily funding of 600 HBD per day, not to mention the team's other "overall funding proposal" with almost 500 HBD requested per day. πŸ’ΈπŸ€―

It would be better that they put it in an easily visible place, but that does not pop up in your face.πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

Even if they put in on "an easily visible place" that is not intrusive to what you were about to do, there should be a way to make such request not pop up again for a good length of time (let's say 3 months). πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈπŸ€―

Or they could just put it in an easily-visible place, and not use popups at all. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

Some online advertising platforms (and traffic exchanges) claim that (intrusive) pop-ups cause the highest click-through rate, though they quite obviously hide other (more important) information !INDEED, not to mention that pop-ups often cause page visitors to quickly leave the page. 🀯

In my case, whenever I perform "random" website browsing, any page that has a pop-up that covers most (if not all) of the content often gets a quick "Close tab" from me (Ctrl-W on a desktop/laptop computer) !INDEED. πŸ€―πŸ˜†

We can say that it is a "dark pattern" for websites (and other platforms) to have attention-catching ads (and other call-to-action notices) that are not annoying enough to make the user leave the page or not return. 🀯

There's the fact that even good website owners are forced to put (mostly annoying) cookie usage notices to comply with GDPR, even if the websites themselves are not located in Europe. 🀯

Censorship has become the norm in many areas of Europe sadly, and I don't see any good in going along with such nonsense. If people want to get to a site, there are always ways. 😁 πŸ™ πŸ’š ✨ πŸ€™

Such regulations caused what is known as "(cookie) pop-up hell" on a lot of websites, especially those sites who use Content Management Systems (CMS). πŸ€―πŸ€―πŸ€“
