Ну так не цікаво)) (умови не виконано мною)

Однак був у мене маленький досвід проведення подібного вибору із рандомайзера. Можу сказати, що значно легше обирати по нікнеймах, щоб під кожен коментар не ставить цифри. Для імен теж є спеціальні ресурси, а зібрати їх дуже просто, щоб учасники залишили апвоути під спеціальним коментарем, тоді їх легко списком взять за одне копіювання, наприклад на сайті hive.blog (це легко перевірити, бо він входитб в екосистему hive) або якийсь скрипт пикрутить, щоб із блокчену брало напряму))
