[RedditPosh] Earn Hive through sharing on Reddit!

It seems to me that a lot of people on Hive haven't yet heard about RedditPosh (Or HivePosh) or if people have, they haven't cared enough to look into it properly.
I want to quickly introduce RedditPosh and share my biggest successes with the project.

What is HivePosh
Posh stands for Proof of sharing and the purpose of HivePosh is to share Hive content on other social media platforms, RedditPosh specifically for sharing on Reddit.
As far as I understand, there are currently 2 platforms that HivePosh operates with and those are Reddit & BlueSky. I will be solely focusing on RedditPosh in my post as I'm more familiar with it.
RedditPosh rewards people through POSH tokens on Hive-Engine and through Hive Curation by @acidyo with @ocdb by how well the shares on Reddit do.
The aim for RedditPosh is not to just aimlessly spam Reddit platform with our Hive links, but to specifically catch the eyes of outside people to our platform with good content. The ultimate goal for the POSH system to bring traffic to our Hive frontends.
I myself believe that the most effective shares are to cryptocurrency related sub reddits, because traffic coming from those communities are more likely to see and understand our ecosystem and are more potentially to sign up and join Hive in the long run.
Getting started with RedditPosh
It's super easy to get started and join the RedditPosh movement
You simply need to go to the http://hiveposh.com/ website where you need to log in with Hive Keychain
Once you log in your are redirected to your Dashboard where you can connect your Reddit account with your Hive account
You can also claim 0.05 POSH tokens every couple of hours from the Dashboard, simply by clicking "Claim tokens"
Once you've connected your reddit account you are good to go sharing Hive posts on Reddit.
Also I saw from an old Acidyo post that when you connect your social media accounts with Hive on the Hiveposh platform, PeakD will also display your accounts on your blog page
How to share Hive posts on Reddit
To my understanding there are currently 5 Hive frontends that work with Redditposh: Hive.Blog, Peakd.com, Ecency.com, Inleo.io, Alpha.Leofinance.io
You can look for hive posts on all of those 5 frontends or edit your link to one of those frontends for the RedditPosh to successfully catch your shares when you post them on Reddit.
Can I only share my own posts?
You do not need to share your own posts only, you are also allowed to share other people's posts
I feel this is one of the reasons that many people have not yet started POSH-ing hive content, because they think they can only share their own posts, but that's not true. Seek out any posts you like and that you think that are worth sharing from one of the 5 Hive frontends and you're free to post them on Reddit (I guess a gentlemans rule is to first check if someone else has already shared the post).
Reward share
If you share your own posts you get 100% of the rewards from that share, but if you share someone else's post you will get 80% of the rewards and the author of the post will get 20%. That way you don't have to feel bad for "using" someone else's hard work, because you also generate them extra revenue.
7 days older posts?
The Hive rule of 7 days old posts doesn't apply here, you can share posts that are older than 7 days or heck, if you find some old hidden gem posts, it can even be years old and it will still count for the RedditPosh system.
X-Rain Contests
One cannot simply talk about RedditPosh and leave out contests that X-Rain makes for active sharers.
These contests are 100% why I'm still doing RedditPosh myself, it's just too much fun and I would even call it gamification. You can compete with other sharers and earn even more rewards by doing it.
I won't go into too much detail about these contests, you can find them yourself on @x-rain blog page, but I will show the most important details of these contests from X-Rain's posts.

Rules
Post up to 5 of your best shares: 1) a screenshot of the stats and 2) the Reddit link (example) to each share.
A deleted share 💀 is not eligible to participate in the contest. Deletion is checked at the time the contest host is counting the results.
Shares must not be older than 11 days.
Do not add shares that participated in previous contests.
Strictly follow the deadline — see the dates at the bottom of the post.
Only Reddit's link post type is eligible to participate in the contest
Here's an example of one of my successful entries into the contest. (The entries are posted in the comment sections of an active contest post on @x-rain page).

These prizes are given every contest to participants and here's to flex my earned rewards from the contests :)
1800 HP Delegation and heck loads of HBD (They sent it all in one patch as the HBD rewards were on hold for a while).
But watch out, I'm a Pro already and a regular on the leaderboards xD
Leaderboards
This is what makes the game so much fun to me, it's to see your stats and compare to how others have done in the contests. Also if you have awesome shares, @x-rain shouts you out on his posts.
I'm currently holding the 3rd place quite handsomely to myself, but David and TheWorldAroundMe need to watch out as I got a craving for Silver and Gold 😅
If you do start using RedditPosh it's a must to also join the contest. You won't regret it!

Sometimes you get really lucky on Reddit and your posts just pop off out of nowhere and I want to show you how handsomely RedditPosh rewards you for getting the attention to Hive links like that.

I'm too lazy to go back and check, but I'm pretty sure that all of these 3 top shares of mine also got me 1st place in the contests so on top of the Hive I earned from my shares I also got 20HBD + 150HP Delegation.

And just like that from 3 shares I earned 60 HBD + 450HP Delegation + 392 HIVE. That's really really good if you ask me. Yes you can't expect results like that everyday, but the potential is there and that's what makes sharing Hive posts on Reddit so much fun.

Great blog! I hope this will bring more people to RedditPosh. I am sharing links for about half a year and it is really worth it!
I am a little familiar with reddishposh, but I have not paid much attention to it. I will taking more look at it from now and see how to incorporate it to my post.
My account on reddit is shadow banned. Since than I stopped working for reddishposh!

I haven't experienced a ban or a shadow ban myself yet on Reddit, but one of my friends got banned from Reddit and he made a new account to continue participating in RedditPosh.
I was told that it's less risk of catching a ban of any sorts on Reddit if you are active in some sub reddits yourself and comment and post other than only Hive related stuff. I for example frequently comment on some meme sub reddits like r/bikinibottomtwitter and r/memes as well as my home country sub reddit r/eesti to keep my account looking like a real person rather than a link spamming bot.
If you get a chance to hop back into the RedditPosh party, would love to see your name popping up again.
