You can open your pineal gland by detoxing, also avoiding toxins, getting sunlight at least 30 mins, meditating with breathwork and sound, eating clean, and using herbs like mugwort or gotu kola , also spirulina, chlorella, tamarind helps to decalcified it. Avoid fluoride.
