300 gsrs de pasta, 02 calabacines, 01 cebolla, 50 grs de queso mozzarella, 01 cucharadita de ajo en polvo, 01 cucharadita de cúrcuma, 01 cucharada de mantequilla, sal y pimienta al gusto.
300 grams of pasta, 02 zucchini, 01 onion, 50 grams of mozzarella cheese, 01 teaspoon of garlic powder, 01 teaspoon of turmeric, 01 tablespoon of butter, salt and pepper to taste.

Para hacer esta receta empezamos con la pasta, en una olla ponemos agua y cuando hierva añadimos sal y la pasta, cocemos hasta que esté al dente, colamos, escurrimos y reservamos.

A continuación, lava el calabacín y la cebolla y córtalos en trozos.

En una olla poner una cucharada de mantequilla, añadir la cebolla rehogar durante unos minutos, luego añadir el calabacín, cocinar revolviendo constantemente, añadir el agua y cuece tapado a fuego lento.

Condimentar con sal, pimienta, ajo molido y cúrcuma, y cocinar hasta que el calabacín esté blando.

Una vez listo, añade la pasta, el queso mozzarella rallado removemos unos segundos y listo.
