Hoy, con una receta súper sencilla y deliciosa, se trata de una torta marmolada de plátano y cacao, ideal para merendar y que encantará a toda la familia. La combinación de estos ingredientes es genial, además siempre tenemos a mano y es rápido de preparar. Espero que los amigos se animen a preparar esta receta, así que vamos a probarla.

02 tazas de harina de trigo, 02 bananas, 02 huevos, 1/2 taza de azúcar, 1/4 taza de aceite, 1/2 taza de leche, 02 cucharadas de cacao, 01 cucharada de vainilla, 1/2 cucharada de polvo de hornear,01 pizca de sal.

Lo primero que hay que hacer en la licuadora es colocar la leche, los huevos, el aceite, los plátanos cortados en trozos, el azúcar y la sal y licuar hasta que todo esté integrado.

Verter la mezcla en un bol y añadir la harina de trigo tamizada poco a poco, batiendo de forma envolvente con un batidor de varillas. Añadir la vainilla y seguir batiendo hasta que la mezcla espese ligeramente.

Ahora vamos a separar la mezcla en dos partes y a añadir el cacao en polvo a una parte de la mezcla.
