Welcome to The Ink Well, @booali.sore,

Your story is sweet and sentimental, although the dialogue feels a little formal and refined for what I imagine was a more passionate and excited reunion. Perhaps consider allowing your words to flow and breathe more naturally in written dialogue. I also enjoyed reading your intro post and note that you are a photographer. How wonderful! It would be lovely to see some of your original work used to highlight your stories. I am curious about the 'mountain sage'. Is he real, or the use of poetic licence? Either way, it is ok, it just intrigued me :-)

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story. I'm thrilled that you liked it.
In response to your comment about formality, yes, haha, the truth is that I wanted it to be almost perfect, which is why I gave it a more formal tone, but I will take into account for future stories to let my words flow and see what inspiration has to say.
That's right, I really like photography. Thanks to your suggestion, I will use them in future publications as well.
The mountain sage is a metaphor inspired by a story about my partner @grailent.kerb and me.
Once again, thank you very much for your time and for the warm welcome.
