🇪🇸 ~ Allá afuera hay mucha magia, creo que siempre ha existido, porque a través de tu vida no se si por suerte o por destino, la conocerás en forma de personas; hay gente que por su franca naturaleza son sencillamente un milagro, contienen el universo en las pausas que hacen antes de hablar después de escucharte y su mirada es tan transparentes como la de un niño, y a la vez tan pesada y profunda como quien te evaluara, después de haber experimentado muchas vidas.
Un día como hoy hace 16 años (poco mas o poco menos) compartía un "cosplay dual" con la que sería una de mis mejores amigas, y mas que eso como dirían algunos coloquialmente, "la hermana que mi mamá no parió".
En esta foto apenas nos estábamos conociendo, teníamos un tiempo hablando por compartir una larga lista de gustos en común; por nuestra personalidad, los días juntas pasaron tan naturalmente como si nos conociéramos desde siempre, y así los años hasta hoy.

🇺🇸 ~ There is a lot of magic out there, I think it has always existed, because throughout your life, whether by luck or destiny, you will encounter it in the form of people; there are people who, because of their honest nature, are simply a miracle. They contain the universe in the pauses they make before speaking after listening to you, and their gaze is as transparent as a child's, yet as heavy and deep as someone who has evaluated you after having experienced many lives.On a day like today 16 years ago (give or take a few days), I shared a “dual cosplay” with what would become one of my best friends, and more than that, as some would colloquially say, “the sister my mother didn't give birth to.”
In this photo, we were just getting to know each other. We had been talking for a while because we shared a long list of common interests. Because of our personalities, the days we spent together passed as naturally as if we had known each other forever, and so have the years until today.

Ese día fui muy feliz (soy la que viste de negro) porque las convenciones manganime a las que asistíamos eran usualmente muy bulliciosas (mucha gente, mucho ruido, el caos de siempre, genial para celebrar en grupo pero un poco contraproducente si querías hablar tranquilamente con alguien) pero la convención de ese día, fue un pequeño evento muy tranquilo en un local pequeño, en un mall igualmente pequeño de la ciudad.
Entonces pudimos conversar mucho, pasar todo el día juntas sin interrupciones, y también apreciar el trabajo de la otra; @Vanuzza era muy conocida en la ciudad por su cosplay de "Madam Red", y yo creo era la segunda o tercera vez que utilizaba mi cosplay de "Sebastian Michaelis", pero por primera vez mi atención y mi tiempo no estaba dividido entre tantas personas -durante estas convenciones al final, "los cosplayers nos debemos al público"-
Esta foto significa mucho para mi porque me recuerda un tiempo muy tierno, y el inicio de nuestra amistad. La vida era extraña, muchas cosas estaban ocurriendo en la familia, pero también la conocí a ella y fue como si hubiera encontrado una pieza que me faltaba; conocerla se sentía simplemente como lo correcto, la vida se volvió más bonita, y yo estoy tan feliz hoy de haber podido recuperar estos recuerdos 🦋 ✨ 🦋

That day I was very happy (I'm the one dressed in black) because the manga and anime conventions we attended were usually very noisy (lots of people, lots of noise, the usual chaos, great for celebrating in a group but a bit counterproductive if you wanted to talk quietly with someone), but that day's convention was a small, quiet event in a small venue in an equally small mall in the city.So we were able to talk a lot, spend the whole day together without interruptions, and also appreciate each other's work. @Vanuzza was well known in the city for her “Madam Red” cosplay, and I think it was the second or third time I had worn my “Sebastian Michaelis” cosplay, but for the first time my attention and time were not divided among so many people—during these conventions, in the end, “cosplayers owe ourselves to the public.”
This photo means a lot to me because it reminds me of a very tender time and the beginning of our friendship. Life was strange, a lot was going on in the family, but I also met her and it was as if I had found a missing piece; meeting her just felt like the right thing to do, life became more beautiful, and I am so happy today to have been able to recover these memories 🦋 ✨ 🦋
