I think it's a good common ground to work on things you genuinely enjoy doing. Makes even your work time easier to handle, less friction. For me, work life balance is mostly centered around keeping the big picture in tact, mostly focused on life with work being a subset of life. Can crystal grids modify the energy of a place?
