Gelatina de Zuncho (Malvavisco). / Zuncho-Gelatine (Marshmallow).

Hola chicos, hoy les traigo una receta de un postre, muy fácil de preparar con pocos ingredientes, muy fresco y rico.
Estamos acostumbrados a que los postres son pastelitos a base de pan o harinas. Este que les voy a enseñar es algo diferente, la base de este postre es el Zuncho (como comunmente se le conoce a los malvaviscos en la zona en la que vivo), con él le das el toque de dulzor que requiere.
Comencemos con los ingredientes:
1 bolsa de Zunchos (Malvaviscos)
1 lata de Frutas en almibar
1 Mediacrema
3 Manzanas de regular tamaño


Preparación:
El modo de prepararse es muy sencillo y se los contaré paso a paso.
1 Abre la lata de fruta en almibar y separa el almibar de la fruta y reserva.

2 Lava muy bien las manzanas, pelalas y cortalas en cuadros de tamaño regular.

3 En un molde de tamaño regular mezcla la fruta en almibar y las manzanas picadas.
4 Pon en la licuadora el almibar de la fruta que reservaste en el paso 1 y agrega la mediacrema.
5 Comienza a licuar y poco a poco agrega los zunchos (malvaviscos), debe quedar una mezcla medianamente espesa.


6 En el molde donde esta la fruta vacia la mezcla que licuaste previamente.

Esta preparacion la vas a refrigerar aproximadamente 4 horas hasta que cuaje y ya la puedes servir, la puedes dejar refrigerando hasta un día para asegurarte de que cuajo bien.

Sirve la porción del tamaño que gustes, seguramente lo disfrutarás.

Hello everyone, today I bring you a dessert recipe that is very easy to prepare with few ingredients, very fresh, and delicious.
We're used to desserts being bread- or flour-based pastries. The one I'm going to show you is a little different. The base of this dessert is Zuncho (as marshmallows are commonly known in the area where I live), which gives it the touch of sweetness it needs.
Let's start with the ingredients:
1 bag of marshmallows
1 can of fruit in syrup
1 cup of heavy cream
3 medium-sized apples


Preparation:
The preparation method is very simple, and I will explain it step by step.
1 Open the can of fruit in syrup, separate the syrup from the fruit, and set aside.

2 Wash the apples thoroughly, peel them, and cut them into evenly sized cubes.

3 In a regular-sized mold, mix the fruit in syrup and the chopped apples.
4 Put the fruit syrup you set aside in step 1 in a blender and add the half-and-half.
5 Start blending and gradually add the marshmallows. The mixture should be moderately thick.


6 Pour the blended mixture into the mold containing the fruit.

Refrigerate this mixture for approximately 4 hours until it sets, then it is ready to serve. You can leave it in the refrigerator for up to a day to ensure that it sets properly.

Ready to serve:

Serve whatever size portion you like; you're sure to enjoy it.
