RE: Charity money is not Reaching the Rightful Beneficiaries.

Its sad the way the world is going with so much greed. People are doing many wrong things just to live life to the fullest.

How can charity money not get to those that needs it? The problem is how the people feel that no one will question them, so they use donated money to settle their problems.

But can the government do anything about this? Since the government are supposed to be in charge of Welfare. Helping the needy and the aged. Its seriously sad.
