Shadow Hunters SMASh Round #404 - Lakeside Shadows - by Sunscape

It was a gorgeous October day just before the weather started to turn colder. Hubby and I took our dog Mika to the park between Irondequoit Bay and Lake Ontario early that morning.

It was a perfect time to enjoy a nice walkabout without too many people and of course their dogs too.

Exactly one month later, we caught another warm, sunny day for another stroll. I'm so glad we did, two days later it started snowing and hasn't stopped since.

The water was so calm that day and you could see so many reflections in the water as well as the shadows casting on the concrete from the fence. Both photos are perfect for the shadow hunter's #contest. It's going to be a while before we take a walk through the park; this woman is not a fan of cold, wind, and snow coming off the lake. lol
