CONTENIDO EN ESPAÑOL

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad y amantes de la escritura creativa! A pesar de que han sido unos días bastante ocupados, siempre guardo espacio para sumarme al concurso. Opino que éste tipo de publicaciones me permite mantener diferentes enfoques a la hora de escribir y me parece un excelente ejercicio. Pero bueno, comencemos 😌

Ahora que he tenido la oportunidad de visitar algunos museos y galerías de arte, mi visión hacia las obras, se ha vuelto mucho más amplia. Como he comentado en mis post pasados relacionados a estas visitas, antes pensaba que el artista sólo podía expresarse a través de los cuadros tradicionales o que, por lo menos, era el modo de expresión por excelencia.

Por supuesto, ya no pienso para nada de esa forma. Bien dicen que el arte, es subjetivo, ya que depende de varios factores, entre ellos, la capacidad de transmitir algo a través de la obra.

Pero volviendo a la imagen planteada, recordé precisamente una exposición a la que asistí en donde, artistas actuales, realizaban obras conocidas y las alteraban, para volverse más acorde a la época en la que vivimos. Creo que la exposición se llamaba "Influencers" o algo que tenía que ver con la cultura Pop, no lo recuerdo. Pero esa publicación la subiré en su momento.

Me imagino que ese tipo de obras, no son del agrado de todo el mundo, ya que habrán personas que consideren que alterar obras de artistas reconocidos, es como una falta de respeto. Otros, lo verán como un homenaje. Y ambos puntos de vista, está bien. Lo importante es que la creación genere en el espectador algo lo suficientemente fuerte como para que se forme una opinión al respecto.

En los tiempos en los que vivimos, se considera un gran logro capturar la atención de alguien. Estamos tan acostumbrados a la inmediatez de la internet y el uso de la tecnología, que ya vemos como necesario un incentivo visual intenso.

Salir del molde y de lo establecido con respecto al arte, es asombroso, porque con ello, se permite el nacimiento de nuevos métodos de expresión y ahora con el uso de la inteligencia artificial, espero que los artistas sepan usar esa herramienta como lo que es y no pierdan su esencia en el camino.

Hello to all the members of this community and lovers of creative writing! Even though it's been a busy few days, I always make time to join the contest. I think this type of posting allows me to maintain different approaches to my writing and I think it's a great exercise. But anyway, let's begin 😌

Now that I've had the opportunity to visit some museums and art galleries, my perspective on works of art has become much broader. As I've mentioned in my previous posts related to these visits, I used to think that artists could only express themselves through traditional paintings, or at least that it was the quintessential mode of expression.

Of course, I no longer think that way at all. They say that art is subjective, as it depends on several factors, including the ability to convey something through the work.

But returning to the aforementioned image, I remembered an exhibition I attended where current artists took well-known works and altered them to make them more in tune with the times we live in. I think the exhibition was called "Influencers" or something related to pop culture, I can't remember. But I'll post that in due time.

I imagine that these types of works aren't to everyone's liking, as some people will consider altering works by renowned artists disrespectful. Others will see it as a tribute. And both points of view are fine. The important thing is that the creation generates something strong enough in the viewer to form an opinion about it.

In the times we live in, capturing someone's attention is considered a great achievement. We're so accustomed to the immediacy of the internet and the use of technology that we already see the need for an intense visual stimulus.

Breaking out of the mold and the established norm regarding art is amazing because it allows for the birth of new methods of expression. Now, with the use of artificial intelligence, I hope artists know how to use this tool for what it is and not lose their essence along the way.
