Araneidae - PhotoFeed - Macro Photography (166) [ENG/ESP]
Hello friends and hello PhotoFeed community, a nice day to everyone. Here I am writing a new blog this week, and after many weeks without doing so, I am participating in the Macro Photography category. I have regained a bit of searching and observation in the field, and I think this photo deserves to be shared with you. I hope you enjoy it. This will be my entry for: 📸 PhotoFeed Contest - Macro Photography Round 166.

The photo I share with you today is of a small spider that was resting on a green leaf, near it a small cocoon that served as its nest. After later identifying the spider, I found out that it is an orb-weaver spider from the family Araneidae. Araneids (Araneidae) are a family of araneomorph spiders composed of nearly 3,100 species divided into 169 genera, it is the third most diverse family, after Salticidae and Linyphiidae. Most build their webs in a circular spiral shape and remain in them with their heads facing down. So it is a very common species, but that does not make it less interesting, besides, I think it is very photogenic. Thank you very much for reading this little entry, and as always, I encourage you to share your opinions and tips for photography in the comments. Best wishes, all the success in the world, and see you next time. Bye bye!
¡Chau chau!
