The practices which I am implementing for a better life.
Hello everyone, hope you all are doing great! For this weekendexperiences contest I would like to share my thoughts on #topic "How could you better engage with your own life with the view to having a better life generally? Explain". All the topics were great but this one sounds different and that's why I choose it and moreover many of such things I'm doing for changing a few habits of mine for a better and healthy life.
According to me, the most important thing which you should focus on is to increase the quantity of your life and enjoy your company, it's really resourceful to worry and think about yourself and your future by completely engaging in your life.


I think from a long time I'm being more of an agony aunt 😅 I don't know why but curious to know everything about others but practically it's not a good habit, it distracts you from your goals and the big things to be done in life. So the first thing I would like to change is my this behaviour and be more into myself.
I think starting from such small habits is a good start because just dreaming about doing big from starting is generally difficult so why not make small changes which are much better and maybe this is my "NEW YEAR RESOLUTION".
Second thing which I have to take care of is my health. From some times my exams are doing on and they are obviously very important so I have to dedicate most of time studying which is though very difficult but still I have to and like for half an hour I take a break to watch a small show on YouTube and I'm barely getting proper sleep.
This morning which I ws combing my hair, alot many fell and a few of them were white which made me really worried. Maybe this is because of too much of stress and not taking a proper diet. So I consumed some tonic for some energy and will to sleep early today.
Getting involved in yourself is really important and you do feel that it's a great practice leaving no time to think or listen what is going with others. Moreover I do feel that it impacts your mental health.
Meditation for mental peace is another practice which I'm performing from a few time and it's really easy and so relaxing. All you need to do is inhale and exhale and then count your exhale it's increases your focus and positive energy.
These 3 small practices which I have mentioned and my start of engaging more and more in my life. All of three of them are really productive.
