LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO WORRY MUCH||LOH||CONTEST 270||

How I start my morning!!
As a mental health coach and a Christian, I have learned not to take thoughts over things because life is too short. One shocking thing about life is that if you don't live in the fullness of that day, you might not know what the next moment holds.

I am saying this out of experience. Those days when I woke up, I used to climb trees to pluck things, but when I had an accident that affected my spine, there was no longer climbing of hard things or playing anyhow, because that time and season was over. Unless I'm whole, before I can enjoy such a privilege again, I doubt if age will permit such, but there's time for everything.

So what I do every morning knowing life is too short is, singing and giving thanks unto God, studying of the scripture then I'll do some exercises according to my body capacity, when I'm done with that I freshen up then write the thought of the day before by that time my brain as started processing things and I will dive into reading, because I read everyday anyday I skip just know something inevitable happened, I do not play with morning meals, I mean natural or food cook by the family not junk, I don't start my day with junk then I'll add up music from my playlist and move around.

my work demands me to talk more often so I ended up brushing more often and drinking water frequently which helps my system to regulate many things,
So with this whole morning routine, and as a mental health coach, this helps me not to worry much, while the Bible says, "Take no thoughts because things on earth are temporary, and why bother about what is temporary?" So back to your question, I would love to start my morning with a soothing massage and coffee, and then I go swimming.

Como coach de salud mental y cristiano, he aprendido a no darle demasiada importancia a los pensamientos porque la vida es demasiado corta. Una cosa impactante de la vida es que, si no vives plenamente el día de hoy, quizá no sepas lo que te depara el momento siguiente.

Lo digo por experiencia propia. En aquellos días, cuando me despertaba, solía trepar a los árboles para recoger cosas, pero cuando tuve un accidente que me afectó a la columna vertebral, ya no pude seguir trepando a cosas difíciles ni jugando como antes, porque ese tiempo y esa etapa habían terminado. A menos que esté completamente recuperado, dudo que la edad me permita volver a disfrutar de ese privilegio, pero todo tiene su momento.

Así que lo que hago cada mañana, sabiendo que la vida es demasiado corta, es cantar y dar gracias a Dios, estudiar las Escrituras y luego hacer algunos ejercicios según mi capacidad física. Cuando termino, me refresco y escribo el pensamiento del día anterior. Para entonces, mi cerebro ya ha empezado a procesar cosas y me sumerjo en la lectura, porque leo todos los días, salvo que haya sucedido algo inevitable. No me salto el desayuno, me refiero a comida natural o preparada por la familia, no comida basura. No empiezo el día con comida basura. Luego añado música de mi lista de reproducción y me pongo en marcha.

Mi trabajo me exige hablar más a menudo, así que acabé cepillándome los dientes más a menudo y bebiendo agua con frecuencia, lo que ayuda a mi organismo a regular muchas cosas.
Así que, con toda esta rutina matutina, y como coach de salud mental, esto me ayuda a no preocuparme mucho, mientras que la Biblia dice: «No te preocupes, porque las cosas de la tierra son temporales, ¿por qué preocuparse por lo que es temporal?». Volviendo a tu pregunta, me encantaría empezar la mañana con un masaje relajante y un café, y luego ir a nadar.

Oh, sorry about the accident you had that affected your spine.

Thank you for the Spiritual reminder @soarshine , I should take my devotional time more serious and deeper than what I currently do. My weakness and poor health should always remind me to always depend on God's magnificent grace and trust his providence in all our circumstances.
