Greetings dear Hiveans 😘. Wishing all a great weekend ahead where we get an opportunity to try our skills. Here is a wonderful prompt put forward by @marivic10

Collecting things..........
I loved to collect colourful embroidery threads. Infact, I made good use of them. But then it lasted only for few years. Later on, I joined my older brother who was collecting stamps. His stamp collection fascinates anyone who visited our home. He used to find all possible means to collect those beautiful stamps. I too joined him, until we both parted, to different destination. Afyer 35 years , he has maintained the album,, still afresh.

My first dessert........

This cake was prepared recently when my children came down for vacation

This was purchased from a friend ofmine

The first dessert that I learned was a simple cake, that too on my birthday, when I just turned 15 . My intention was to prepare the cake for my friends. And my mom supported and helped me completely in baking the cake. This was way back in late 1980's. We were five thick friends then and I was happy to serve the cake . It turned out well probably my mother was beside me to correct then and their. A real proud moment.

If ever I win a scholarship, no mor education based only studies connected with hobbies or skills I would like to continue. In my 50's I wish to spend time making things that make me happy rather than gathering new information. This might sound strange but then that is the truth. The better way of enhancing kniwledge is by learning something that interets you.

Given a chance I would love to explore my tailoring classes which I left ages before. I believe one should stick on to their passion so that we don't regret later.
