Greetings πŸ™ and wishing the community and members of Freewriters a very Happy New Year.

Lately, I see many of them suffer from mood swings. A beautiful smile missing from all faces. Be it young or old, boy or girl, man or woman. Probably most of them are in disturbed thoughts, I believe.

This was part of a short speech presented by a Teacher of the Higher Secondary School.

The next day inorder to gain the attention of the students and to boost the energy level of the ever hard working higher grades, she has decided to place a Banner in the nook & corner of the school campus. It says Did you smile today?

And their was another question beside the banner When and for what? Please drop in your answers in the suggestion box, placed right in front of the Principal's cabin. The best entry will get a cash reward.

From then on, the students found a reason to smile, to engage in something that made them smile, to be always happy and this happiness reflected in their academics and sports, drawing many accolades for schoo, at state level

The Principal, Staff and the Administration too, was happy as the school was gaining a recognition among the state.

Following a simple banner with a motivational quote - with a note saying saying that the best will be rewarded was a remarkable move, which many schools appreciated and decuded to follow.

The state felt when the students are at ease, you get the best output and inturn wel behaved citizens for the country.

So things change for a reason. Thankyou dear friends for your time and patience.
