Greetings, friends. I hope you are all doing well. I am happy to be with you once again. It took me a little longer than expected due to “many power outages in my country,” but fortunately, this project was partially ahead of schedule and the idea was very clear, so it was easy to finish. Well, this was an idea that was discarded for Zingtober's “HEAVY” day. The reason I discarded it was not because it was bad, but because I felt it deserved a more detailed, color version. I don't think this idea qualifies for a card, or maybe it does. Even so, I wanted to use a vivid color palette similar to the previous idea, as well as the default brushes in Clip Studio and a new one for the clouds.

Saludos amigos espero estén muy bien, me alegra estar una vez mas con ustedes, me tarde un poco mas de lo previsto "muchos cortes de luz en mi país" pero afortunadamente este proyecto estaba parcialmente adelantado la idea muy clara por lo que se facilitó terminarla.
Bien, esta fue una idea descartada para el Zingtober del dia "HEAVY", el motivo por el cual la descarte no fue porque fuera mala si no porque siento que se merecía una versión en color y mas detallada.
Creo que esta idea no califica para tarjeta o tal vez si, aun asi quise usar una paleta de colores viva similar a la anterior idea, tambien los pinceles que vienen por defecto en el clip studio y uno nuevo para las nubes.

Reference

For this drawing, I was inspired by the Holozing character Gemino and also by the strongest men in the world, when they carry those round, heavy stones.

Para este dibujo me inspiré en el personaje de holozing llamado Gemino y tambien en los hombres mas fuerte del mundo, cuando cargan esas piedras redondas y pesadas.

Process/Proceso

I only had the sketch ready for this illustration since that day, so all that was left was to create the line art. I don't know if you can tell, but I used a dark brown tone.

De esta ilustración solo tenía el boceto listo desde aquel dia, por lo tanto, solo quedaba crear el lineart. No se si se nota pero use un tono marrón oscuro.

Apply the base color, starting with the darkest shades you will use.

Aplicamos el color base, busque aplicar primero los tonos más oscuros que usaría.

Blurring the sky, I also added some bushes, which meant deciding whether to use the cloud brush that comes with Clip Studio or this new one I downloaded. I think both look good, but the new one goes better with the style of the whole image.

Difuminando el cielo, tambien aplique ciertos arbustos, algo que tuve que decidir si usar el pincel de nubes que trae el clip studio o este nuevo que descargue. creo que los dos se ven bien pero el nuevo va mejor con el estilo de toda la imagen.

In this case, most of the detail is in the background. Use the grass brush from Clip Studio. Keep in mind that the closer it is to the viewer, the darker the color tone should be.
Now, for the character's body, I mainly had to add strong lights since everything had a dark tone.

en este caso la mayoría del detalle se lo lleva el fondo. use el pincel de hierba del clip studio. teniendo en cuenta que mientras más cerca del espectador mas oscuro debe ser el tono de color usado.
ahora para el cuerpo del personaje mayormente debia agregar luces fuertes ya que todo tenia un tono oscuro.

I really liked this color palette, I'll try to use it in future illustrations. All that was left was to give the glass some relief. At one point I thought about giving it some kind of transparent effect, but in the end I decided on something simpler.

La verdad me gusto muchísimo esta paleta de colores, tratare de usarla en futuras ilustraciones, ya solo quedaba darle relieve a los cristales, en un momento pensé en darles algun tipo de efecto transparente pero al final me decidí por algo mas simple.

Amigos llegamos al final del post. espero les haya gustado mucho. realmente me gusta este tipo de paletas de color mas vivas o no se si es que ya estaba acostumbrado al blanco y negro del mes pasado jeje.
