Sounds interesting 🙂

Cheese made from the milk of sheep that graze on the island of Pag and feed on a type of sage.
Is it to be bought somewhere off the island or only locally?

Paški sir is very well known and very expensive. You may be able to find it in a specialty cheese shop. It is similar to Parmesan but more piquant. It is cut into skinny slices and served as an appetizer with all kinds of drinks. It tastes a bit like prosciutto, at least to me. When I'm in Pag, I always take a piece home with me.
