Hola, comunidad, es la primera vez que participo en este concurso. Es muy importante hacer las resoluciones de Año Nuevo fijándose en qué sean posibles de cumplir
Ha habido años en los que no he hecho estás resoluciones, hacerlas es algo nuevo para mí, apenas de cinco años atrás hasta el presente.
Recuerdo que la primera vez escribí con mucho entusiasmo una larga lista que no pude cumplir sino apenas en un mínimo porcentaje.
El año siguiente la lista fue menos extensa pero ya entre marzo y abril me habí olvidado por completo de ella.
No han sido muy efectivas mis resoluciones en años pasados pero para este año eso va a cambiar. Justamen5e mi primera resolución es tomar en serio todas mis resoluciones y no engavetar la lista de las mismas sino colocarlas en lugar visible para su lectura diaria cosa de ir evaluando logros, planteando - o cambiando - estrategias para lograr las porque realmente TODAS son importantes y necesito lograrlas.
Acá va mi lista formal:
- Mantener a la vista mi lista de resoluciones y leerlas y evaluarlas diariamente.Psra evitar lo sucedido en años anteriores que ya en junio ni recordaba qué era lo que había resuelto cambiar.
2.- No decir "sí" a todas las solicitudes de ayuda, solo a las que pueda atender sin perjudicarme y para las que realmente tenga tiempo. Me ha ocurrido que por aceptar todos los compromisos hay días en que a la misma hora debería estar en tres lugares diferentes y entonces tengo qué correr para estar un ratito en cada uno. Terminó estresada y no cumplo bien con las cosas. Esto va muy relacionado con algo que leí en un interesante post del Hiver @emiliorios, me tomo la libertad de recomendárselos. Léanlo, está a solo un clic de distancia.
3.-Cobrar lo justo por el trabajo que realizo. Esto.porque, atenta a la crisis económica que padecemos, estoy cobrando muy por debajo de lo que debería y debo trabajar el doble de tiempo para que mis ingresos "me alcancen para algo"
Estos son tres puntos álgidos, importantes, y lograrlos introducirán cambios positivos a mi vida. .
Por supuesto, quedan muchas cosas en el tintero, pero creo que realmente es mejor si logro hacer vivencial estas tres cosas que estresarme tratando de arreglar las otras diez que se agitan en mi mente.

Hello everyone, this is my first time participating in this contest. It's very important to make New Year's resolutions focusing on what's achievable.
There have been years when I haven't made these resolutions; making them is something new for me, only starting about five years ago.
I remember the first time I enthusiastically wrote a long list that I was only able to accomplish a tiny percentage of.
The following year the list was shorter, but by March or April I had completely forgotten about it.
My resolutions haven't been very effective in past years, but that's going to change this year. My first resolution is to take all my resolutions seriously and not just bury the list in a drawer. Instead, I'll put them somewhere visible so I can read them daily and evaluate my progress, developing—or changing—strategies to achieve them because they are ALL important and I need to accomplish them.
Here's my official list:
Keep my list of resolutions visible and read and evaluate them daily. This is to avoid what happened in previous years when by June I couldn't even remember what I had resolved to change.
Don't say "yes" to every request for help, only to those I can handle without disrupting my life and for which I actually have time. It's happened to me that by accepting all the commitments, there are days when I should be in three different places at the same time, and then I have to rush to spend a little time in each one. I ended up stressed and not fulfilling my responsibilities well.This is closely related to something I read in an interesting post by Hiver @emiliorios, and I'm taking the liberty of recommending it to you. Read it; it's just a click away.
Charging a fair wage for the work I do. This is because, given the economic crisis we're experiencing, I'm charging far less than I should and have to work twice as long just to make ends meet.
These are three crucial points, and achieving them will bring positive changes to my life.
Of course, there are many other things I haven't addressed, but I truly believe it's better to put these three things into practice than to stress myself out trying to fix the other ten that are swirling around in my mind.
