Legend Extra Stout Beer. Week 452

Good evening follow lovers of beer, how are you all? Hope our day went as planned. You are all welcome to my blog. Please stay with me as I share with you how my Saturday evening went down with Legend Extra Stout. On Saturday I decided to cook with fish. For a long time, I have been cooking mostly with chicken, but this time I wanted something different.

So a neighbour of mine sells fish, she sent her daughter to tell me that she had fresh fish available. I was happy to hear that because I had been thinking of cooking fish but had not made up my mind. So I decided to support her business and at the same time give my family a different taste.

The fish head was quite big, I decided not to add it to my stew so it wouldn't take up too much space in the pot. Instead, I kept it aside and planned to enjoy it later in the evening. So I prepared the fish head and had it as a side dish. It was really satisfying and made my evening.

I paired it with a chilled bottle of Legend Extra Stout, and the combination was interesting.
