From Sleep To Shadow Hunt

I woke up this morning very tired and with a serious headache because I did not have a good night rest. Yesterday was all round party, my neighbour had a party all through the night. The loud music and noise made it difficult for me to sleep properly.

I had already planned to relax and have some good rest just to recover from the stress of the previous night, after returning from my place of worship. Unfortunately, it did not work out, but I will tell you why.

It has become the custom of the children in my neighbourhood to play football every Sunday evening on my street. But today, I do not know what came over them, they decided to start playing much earlier than usual. As they kick the ball, they constantly shout, they keep interrupting the little sleep that I was trying hard to catch.

I became annoyed and tired, I stood up from my bed to go outside and shout at them so that they can reduce the noise. When I got there, something else caught my attention. The shadows of the children were scattered all over the ground as the sun was shining brilliantly.

I quickly ran back inside, grabbed my phone rush back and started capturing pictures of the children's shadows. I completely forgot that I came out to shout at them. That was how i unexpectedly found myself participating in this week's Round 413 of Shadow Hunter Contest Posted by @melinda010100.
