15th Chess960 Hivechess Tournament

Hello everyone.
It is time for 15th Chess960 Hivechess Tournament. This Sunday, last Sunday of the month, the February edition of Chess960 is on.
This round we have total of 50 Hive in prizes.
More rewards for everyone.
Last weekend there was FIDE Freestyle World Championship 2026 where Magnus Carlsen won. If you watched some games and want to try some new moves and ideas this Sunday is your opportunity.
A bit faster time control with 3 + 2 time mode.

15th Chess960 Hivechess Tournament or February edition of Chess960 tournament starts this Sunday at 21:00 CEST (19:00 GMT).

Mode for the tournament is 3 + 2. (70 minutes)

50 Hive Total in rewards.
Top 10 ranked players get 2 Hive each.
Top 4 players rewards : First place 8 Hive, second place 6 Hive, third place 4 Hive, fourth place 2 Hive.
Players from 11th to 15th place get 1 Hive each
Top 3 Under 1300 Elo players will get 1 Hive each.
1 Hive for biggest upset of the tournament.
Additional 1 Hive for all wins - at least 7 games played.

In order to participate you need Lichess account and to be part of our Lichess team.

And you have to play at least 5 games in tournament (biggest upset award eligibility).
Any additional rule regarding rewards will be added in Rewards explanation part.

There is a special award for person with most wins and runner up at the end of the year if we go through all 12 editions this year.
