I am not sure what you mean by HP, I assume HSBI? It's transferred on the same day as the winners were announced.

Okay.. there where no incoming transaction to the account on both cases

HSBI do not appear as incoming transactions to your account. It's a 3rd-party acocunt-based curation initiative. Your HSBI units will appear on their webpage account lookup: https://www.hivesbi.com/userinfo/?user=sabiukpa

You can also see the sponsor history on the new dashboards, which show that all 3 of your units came from @freewritehouse : https://dashboard.hivesbi.com/dashboard/2-hive-sbi?hive_name=sabiukpa&tab=5-transactions&text=sabiukpa

You will accumulate pending upvote value based on how many you have and then receive periodic upvotes from their voter accounts.

As @josephsavage noted, the prizes are HiveSBI (Basic Income shares).

Hive Stake Based Income (Hive SBI) is a social experiment to bring a voluntary crowdfunded basic income to as many Hivers as possible. Members join by sponsoring others into the program. Hive SBI is delivered through providing regular upvotes to member content.

You do not receive Hive directly. You receive HiveSBI shares. Having HSBI shares means you get upvotes from @steembasicincome accounts. The more shares you have the more upvotes you get.

According to HiveSBI, you currently have three HiveSBI shares (https://www.hivesbi.com/userinfo/?user=sabiukpa)

All three of these shares were awarded to you by the @freewritehouse account
