Ricos Patacones con guacamole [Esp-Eng]

Hola que tal comunidad, el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes este rico plato fácil de hacer pero muy delicioso. Esta vez no cocine yo sino mi esposo que casi nunca lo hace pero cuando decide hacer algo de comida siempre se esmera y hace cosas como comunes en nuestro menú diario.

Hello community, today I want to share with you this delicious dish easy to make but very delicious. This time I didn't cook it myself but my husband who almost never does it but when he decides to make some food he always takes care and makes things as common in our daily menu.

PATACONES CON GUACAMOLE/PATACONES WITH GUACAMOLE

INGREDIENTES/INGREDIENTS

Platanos
Aguacate o palta
Cebolla
Cilantro
Tomate
Cebollín
Pimentón
Sal
pimienta

NOTA: Las Cantidades pueden variar dependiendo de su gusto, pero el protagonista es el Aguacate

PREPARACIÓN/PREPARATION

PATACONES

1 Para los patacones, vamos a quitarle la cáscara y costar en tamaños aproximadamente de cuatro centímetros.

1 For the patacones, we will remove the shells and cut them into approximately four-centimetre sizes.

2 pasamos a freírlos y una vez estén un poco dorados los aplastamos suavemente entre un plato y otro si no tenemos la herramienta específica para esto que sería una tostonera o pataconera.

2 fry them and once they are a little golden brown, flatten them gently between one plate and another if we don't have the specific tool for this, which would be a tostonera or pataconera.

3 Una vez aplastado volvemos a freír hasta quedar bien doraditas y crujiente, por último le colocamos un toque de sal.

GUACAMOLE

1 Picamos todo los ingredientes en cuadros muy pequeños, cebolla, cebollín, cilantro, tomate, pimentón.

1 Chop all the ingredients into very small squares, onion, spring onion, coriander, tomato, paprika.

2 Con un tenedor, trituramos el Aguacate, previamente le retiramos la cáscara y desechamos la semilla

3 Una vez picados todos los vegetales y triturado el Aguacate, unimos todo, le colocamos sal y pimienta al gusto y mezclamos nuevamente.

Para servir sobre los patacones le colocamos el Guacamole y podemos además agregarle trozos de aguacate entero y en mi caso freímos salchichas y le colocamos también encima para un toque distinto en el sabor.

To serve on top of the patacones we put the Guacamole and we can also add pieces of whole avocado and in my case we fried sausages and put them on top for a different touch of flavour.
