"In spite of everything, I still believe that people are really good at heart."

I loved this line from her. She was experiencing the worst humanity had to offer, yet still experienced and wrote about goodness.

I think many people DO speak up though - just they might not write it down. And I think governments are doing their damndest to shut us up.
