My entry for shadow hunters contest - round 378

Under the blazing midday sky, the sun shone brightly sweeping across the surface of nature with almost unbearable heat. It was time for lunch and I could no longer stay indoors, wanting to breathe fresh air outside. I went outside and looked for a shady tree to take shelter under.

Not only sitting there, but continuing to monitor the surroundings to find something that could be immortalized. Sure enough, on one of the leaves I saw something interesting and it had just landed there. I immediately approached the place, it turned out that there were two tiny creatures who were the main characters on the green stage and under the hot sunlight.

The one that had just landed was a skipper butterfly. Look at the color of its body, it was very fiery like a small fire falling from the sky. The shadow under its body was also very interesting, firm, dark and intact. The shadow was in stark contrast to the green leaves where it was standing. From the shadow of this butterfly we can see how warm the sunlight is today and how close the universe is to the earth.

Next, let's look at the shadow behind the praying mantis' body. This grasshopper is very beautiful with its slender body looking like a little soldier who is stalking the silence. The shadow displayed by this grasshopper is not as strong as the shadow displayed by the butterfly above. Although not strong, the shadow still looks sharp and real. As if nature is asserting its existence in the midst of the scorching universe.
