1️⃣ You've earned the money to buy a house, and you have two options. The first is a big, beautiful house, but one whose best years are behind it. It needs a lot of repairs and remodeling, and therefore its price is low. The second option is a small house. It's not as beautiful as the previous one, but you don't have to invest time or money in repairs so its price is much higher than the previous one. What do you choose? Are you on the "repair to my liking" team or the "buy everything ready and fast" team?

If I was to choose between one of them then I would choose Repair to my liking. Because I believe that repairing is the best option for someone like me. As a businessman my business does not stay stable it always goes up and down.

I feel in this kind of situations I should not buy anything expensive which is not useful to me. A small house but expensive is something that I would never accept. I think repairing is the best option at least I will get to choose things for me instead of buying something ready made.

Since childhood I always had a dream to build a house for my mother and for that reason I have the desire to buy a house in her name. So, I would want to get a big house where we all can live together. I want her to see me successful.

If I buy expensive house which is not even beautiful then I won't feel good about it. Everyday I will be regretting for not choosing the first house. I do not wish to live with any kind of guilt. I will always try to give the best to my family.

As per my ability I really want to buy the low cost house, which is big enough for our joint family. The cleaning will be tough but if you have big family then everything becomes easier. Whenever I think of this day, it just gives me one kind of goosebumps, like it will be a dream that comes true.

In 2027 I am planning to buy a new house for us and I hope I can really make this dream of mine come true. For that reason I have been searching lots of placing for the perfect deal. By 2027 I believe that I will gain the ability to buy a house with proper knowledge.

It is really important to stay in a safe place buying house is not that easy. I have to think of many alternative situations, like it should be easy for the kids to go to class also a safe area where we don't have to worry while wondering around.

So, there are many factors which a person should notice if they want to buy a house. I feel it's unnecessary to buy. Expensive house if you can't feel any peace there. I also believe the idiom "The devil finds work for idle hands," so I don't not prefer any kind of thing which is done in short time. Also, there's no fun in that. Repairing is the best solution to me.
