There are many traditional winter dishes and foods in my country. And every area has there own speciality. In Punjab, "Sarsoon ka Saag" is a popular and liked dish in winter. It's a creamy, rich flavored gravy dish of mustard and spinach served with Corn bread.
Additionally, in winter Gurr(Jaggery) consumption is increased in winter. It's common to use it as a sweetener in rural areas of Punjab.
