That's so interesting. To be honest I always thought that wasn't a good approach. I thought that teaching that kind of thing was doing them more harm since people didn't seek a university degree after having a technical training. But you made me see it from another point of view. These are people who are ready to start their own business. Well, maybe they lack some kind of knowledge to manage it effectively, but on the other hand, they now have the opportunity to work in something they already know how to do.
