Hey Draw a Day community and friends

I want to give a huge shout out to the four artists who took on the Evolve a Bug challenge. Since we had such a dedicated group, I decided to turn this into a participation showcase so everyone gets rewarded for their hard work.

It was amazing to see how you took your original drawings and pushed them into these powerful new forms. Here are the results:

The Top Evolutions (2 Hive each):

@artofkylin: For a totally radical change—turning a simple snail into an underwater volcanic octopus creature. The creativity in changing the whole environment and biology was top notch.

@nestodibuja: For the Digimon style transformation. Turning a ladybug into a clean, humanoid superhero alien protector was a perfect level-up.

The Sentinel Squad (1 Hive each):

@pepijin: For the Lunar Sentinel. That shift from a shy beetle to a heavy, armored watchman showed great character growth.

@loverdoll: For the Gubang Sentinel. Taking the local Salagubang and turning it into a golden forest warrior was a beautiful tribute to the original bug.

Thank you for keeping the SketchQuest spirit alive. Growth and evolution are what this community is all about we draw a day and we grow and evolve in the process. I know that some of you had good intentions to join but were not able to send in their entries on time. Fret not there will still be another bug related drawing contest that I am currently cooking so stay tuned for it.
