Hello creatives,

The second run of Sketch Quest for November closed with five brilliant entries, and it was so inspiring to see the ways you captured the world around you, from social commentary to beautiful winter scenes. The judging was very close

Here are the winners for the Sketch Quest November 2nd Run:

1st Place - 3 HIVE @doodletrends

Creativity (40%) The use of a comic format for a social commentary on the contrast between consumerism and mindful living is a unique concept.
Inspiration Story (30%) The message links the two contrasting panels : protest against consumerism and the value of community.
Effort (30%) The clean line work in the panel composition successfully tell a story, showing technical effort.

2nd Place- 2 HIVE @elarion

Creativity (40%) This is an envisioned public park, not just a copied scene. The curved paths, layered platforms, and the water feature, shows creativity and perspective.
Inspiration Story (30%) The story clearly focuses on creating a modern public space and imagining the relaxing moments of conversation within it.
Effort (30%) The composition is detailed, and executed with consistent color and multiple figures, demonstrating effort in landscape and figure drawing

3rd Place - 1 HIVE @urbanwalker

Creativity (40%) The artist successfully captured the scene: balancing the busy presence of people with the calm created by the snow-covered setting.
Inspiration Story (30%) The caption clearly mentions the central theme: being inspired by the ability of the snow to make the park feel busy with people doing there own thing and calm at the same time.
Effort (30%) The composition is showing depth and perspective with the paths and distant trees. The simplified figures and consistent, cool color palette maintain a quiet atmosphere.
