Winners Announcement : Nectar Speedster Character Design Contest

Hey creative community

It is time to close the book on the Nectar Speedster Character Design Contest I was absolutely floored by all the cute and fuzzy entries. It was so hard to make a decision, but after due consideration, I am ready to announce the winners.

First, I just want to say that every single entry was awesome and you all did such a great job bringing the prompts to life. Let's take a quick look at all the amazing submissions:

• @theithei gave us a character with a cool, 2D paper cut out vibe and a great, frenzied expression that perfectly fits the theme.
• @hazgruh took the creativity to a whole new level with an awesome interpretation of the "remix the species. The character itself is cool and funk is really well done, too.
• @doodletrends designed a character that felt like a classic cartoon hero, complete with a super cool vibe and a determined look. This one really felt like it had a whole story to tell
• @jadung created a serious and focused speedster, with big goggles and a fantastic bug-like texture. The personality here was all about being on a serious mission.
• @boley's entry was all about cute and fun energy, with expressive lines that made the character feel like a true speedster
• @cjsean This is a really different take, It's a fantastic idea to use a different medium like that. The character has a cute, look and the accessories are well-integrated. This one stands out for its unique medium and interesting design choices.

And now, for the moment you've all been waiting for. Based on the criteria of Creativity, Design, and Personality, here are our three winners

FIRST PLACE goes to @doodletrends Your heroic speedster with determined expression nailed it. You've won 3 HSBI

SECOND PLACE goes to @jadung Your serious, focused nectar collector really captured the essence of a mission-driven character. You've won 2 HSBI

THIRD PLACE goes to @boley The calm yet energetic personality in your fast, expressive lines was impossible to ignore. You've won 1 HSBI
