Wishing all my dear friends a very good day!

Often overlooked in favor of their yellow counterparts, ash plantains hold a special place in the traditional Sri Lankan kitchen. These firm, starchy bananas are particularly well-suited for savory dishes, especially for making perfectly crisp chips. If you're looking for a quick snack to enjoy with evening tea or a crunchy treat to serve at gatherings, ash plantain chips are an irresistible classic. With just a few simple ingredients and a short cooking time, this humble fruit can be transformed into a satisfying, naturally gluten-free golden delight. Let’s take a look at how to prepare it—step by step.
