Materials Used.

String-hoppers flour 150g.
A sliced tomato.
A finely chopped carrot.
A few finely chopped green onions.
A few finely chopped curry leaves.
3 Green chilies, chopped.
A finely chopped onion.
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.

Salt as needed.
Some water.
1/2 Teaspoon of chili powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
1Egg.
A piece of cheese.

The cooking process as follows.

Now let’s get ready to prepare this dish. First, add some string-hopper flour into a mixing bowl. Then, add a pinch of salt and gradually pour in slightly warm water, mixing as you go. Gently knead it all together to form a smooth dough.

Next, take the prepared dough and grate it using a grater as shown below. Next, steam it in a steamer for about 15 minutes.

Now place a pan on the stove and add about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, along with salt, chopped garlic, curry leaves, and green chilies. Sauté for a while.
