I welcome you all to a new week,i hope your weekend was great, mine was full of activities
But i am glad i spent it well

On Sunday evening i decided to clean and arrange my room,i did that successfully and i needed to discard some refuges, then i saw this piece of rough fabric.

It was no longer useful or needed because it was already and badly torn
At first i wanted to trashed it then i remembered that it can also be useful,@diyhub monthly theme.
So i kept it aside.

I had no intention of what i wanted to use it for but i believed in the power of creativity and i decided to think on it.

Luckily for me,i came up with the plan of creating an earing.
I love jewelry and probably that's why my mind usually shift to most times when ever i want to create a diy.

Here are the materials i used in creating my diy

  • A torn old piece of fabric
  • Scissors
  • Gum
  • Paper(hard paper)
  • Earing hooks
  • Pencil
  • Razor

First step
The first step i took was really fun,i must say i enjoyed it,i got the rough fabric and i cut it into small pieces, though this process took time, but it was enjoyable as i cut them into tiny pieces.

Second step
In the second step i got a paper and pencil and i drew a circle shape on it.
After that i made a smaller circle on it.

Third step
I got my scissors and carved out the circle design
And i used a razor to removed the smaller circle

Fouth step
I put a gum in it and allowed it to stick to it.

Fifth step
Then i spread the pieces of fabric through it
I allowed it to be dried and i turned to the other side and i repeated the procedure

And finally,i carefully trimmed off the excess fabric
And i got my hooks and made a hole on it and i inserted the hooks on it and my earing was ready.
I am glad i could recycled some unused fabric to create something.
I hope you will like it as well.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR GOING THROUGH MY POST.
