DIY - CONTEST: A recycled bottle cover for a hairband.

Lately it has been a smooth week for me
And i am grateful as i enjoyed each moment.

Today i had the intention of creating a diy
I feel good each time i can accomplish my desire
Still on the theme of the month,i decided to recycled anything i see when cleaning my house instead of trashing them.
And today was productive.

So during cleaning i had some materials i needed to trash but i tried to think of what i could create out of them.

Here are some materials i used

• A white piece of hard paper
• Bottle cover
• Scissors
• Glue
• Thread and needle
• White crystal beads and silver trimming
• Bridal green satin

First step
The first step i took was,i got a white hard paper and i used scissors to make a circle shapes from it

Next step
The next step was,i took the green satin fabric and i made a circle design from it.

Next step
I took the circle design and i placed it on the green fabric i had cut.
And i got a needle and thread and i started sewing the fabric round

Next step
When i was through i tighten it firmly and there was excess material at the tip
Which i cut it out using a scissors.

Next step
I took the cover bottle and a piece of the fabric and i fold the fabric round the cover bottle.

I tighten it firmly the same way i did with the hard paper.
And i cut out the excess fabric.

Next step
I got my glue and i glued the cover on it.

Next step
I got my beads and silver trimming and i glued it on the hair band

And my final step was,
I got a black colour band and i fixed it in it.

And i had a green colour hairband.
