It's a tattoo festival, and it would be tough to find someone with untouched, virgin skin 😊
I wouldn't call it an addiction. The hardest part is overcoming that initial psychological barrier. Once you have your first tattoo, deciding on the next one becomes much easier. The first tattoo is rarely the last one 😊
