Otra semana más participando en un concurso nuevo y maravilloso, y es que, una vez que empiezo, no puedo parar y solo espero a la siguiente semana para saber cuáles serán los temas 🤭... Esta vez tengo muchas ganas de hablar de esto porque hace apenas unos días lo comentaba con una amiga que comparte mi mismo deseo por los negocios, así que aquí están mis respuestas a las preguntas de la semana...

Hello hello, my dear ladies of this great hive! This time I'm very excited to talk about this because just a few days ago I was talking about this with one of my friends who shares the same desire as me when it comes to business so this is my answer to the questions of the week....

Si tuvieras la oportunidad, ¿qué tipo de negocio te gustaría montar y por qué?

Cuando pienso en qué negocio me gustaría tener y por qué, me vienen muchas ideas a la mente, pero sin duda hay dos con las que he soñado desde pequeña. La primera es tener un despacho de abogados. ¿Por qué? La respuesta es muy sencilla: me encanta ser abogada y disfruto mucho ejercer mi profesión, más aún cuando puedo compartirla con colegas que conozco desde hace mucho tiempo y sé lo bien que hacen su trabajo y sus conocimientos. Además del amor que siento por mi profesión, también es que es un negocio totalmente sostenible, porque cuando pensamos en tener uno porque nos encantaría, también debemos pensar en su rentabilidad y evaluar si será sostenible, y este lo sería. Mi visión es brindar un espacio confiable donde las personas sientan que pueden acudir cuando necesitan asesoramiento legal y obtener la ayuda adecuada para cada situación. Desde mi perspectiva, un despacho de abogados es un negocio sólido y también cumpliría uno de mis sueños más preciados.

El siguiente es tener una tienda de ropa y se preguntaran ¿Por qué una tienda de ropa sería un negocio que yo desearía tener? Pues, desde muy pequeña, siendo una niña muy versátil en gustos y hobbies, amaba el diseño de modas y la confección de prendas, de hecho, aún no abando eso pues espero algún día poder aprender por completo a crear prendas de vestir y tener mi propio negocio para su venta, una tienda que sea de mi marca personal. Honestamente no espero ser una diseñadora de modas y que ese sea mi negocio, yo lo visualizo como algo más pequeño de solo confeccionar ropa que a mí me encanta y que posiblemente a muchas otras personas también y tener mi propia tienda física o virtual para su venta. Creo que de ambos este sería el que mayor tiempo podría tomar y ser un poco más complejo pero cuando queremos algo de verdad solo hay que trabajar en ellos y enfocarse en materializarlo. Recuerdo a una pequeña yo jugando a ser parte de un bufete de abogados y a su vez diseñando ropa que usaban las Barbies 🤭, así que hoy en día pienso, ¿por qué solo ser parte de algunos de los dos y no montar yo misma ambos?

If you had the opportunity, what type of business would you like to start and why?

When I think about what business I would like to have and why, many ideas come to my mind but without a doubt there are two that I have really dreamed of since I was a little girl. The first of them is to have a Law Firm. Why? The answer is quite simple... I love being a lawyer and I really enjoy being able to practice my profession, even more when I can share this with colleagues that I have known for a long time and that I know how excellent they do their work and their knowledge. Besides the love I feel for my profession, it is also that it is a totally sustainable business because when we think about having one because we would love to have it, we must also think about its profitability and evaluate if it will be sustainable and this one would be. My vision for this is to be able to provide a reliable space where people feel they can go when they need legal advice and get the right help for each situation. From my perspective, a law firm is a solid business and would also fulfill one of my most cherished dreams.

The next one is to have a clothing store and you may wonder why a clothing store would be a business that I would like to have? Well, since I was a little girl, being a very versatile child in tastes and hobbies, I loved fashion design and garment making, in fact, I am still not giving that up because I hope someday I can fully learn to create garments and have my own business to sell them, a store that is my personal brand. I honestly don't expect to be a fashion designer and have that be my business, I envision it as something smaller than just making clothes that I love and possibly many other people love too and having my own physical or virtual store for sale. I think of the two this would take the most time and be a little more complex but when we really want something we just have to work on it and focus on making it happen. I remember a little me playing at being part of a law firm and at the same time designing clothes worn by Barbies 🤭, so nowadays I think, why just be part of some of the two and not set up both myself?

¿Te ves más motivado por la pasión, el beneficio o la independencia?

No es menos cierto que hoy en día nos dejamos guiar mucho por los beneficios que podemos obtener; sin embargo, creo firmemente que la pasión es la mayor guía y motivación para lograr grandes cosas que realmente te hagan sentir pleno contigo mismo. Cuando te sientes más motivado por la pasión que por cualquier beneficio, significa que nuestro esfuerzo no proviene de la necesidad de cumplir una obligación, sino del interés genuino en lo que haces; no es la recompensa de un salario o un reconocimiento lo que nos impulsa, sino la satisfacción que genera lo que hacemos en sí mismo, motivados por esa pasión. Una de las mejores cosas que podemos hacer es ser siempre fieles a esa pasión que llevamos dentro y confiar en que estar motivados por ella nos llevará a lograr grandes cosas y a ser mucho más felices.

Are you more motivated by passion, profit or independence?

It is no less true that nowadays we let ourselves be guided a lot by the profit we can get, however, I faithfully believe that passion is the greatest guide and motivation to achieve great things that really make you feel fulfilled with yourself. When you feel more motivated by passion than by any benefit it means that our effort does not come from the need to fulfill an obligation, but from the genuine interest in what you do; it is not the reward of a salary or recognition that drives us, but the satisfaction that generates what we do in itself, motivated by that passion. One of the best things we can do is to always be faithful to that passion we carry inside and trust that being motivated by it will lead us to achieve great things and be much happier.
