So the person I'm writing about in this post is our head manager. In hierarchy there is the managing director, there is the general manager and the head manager. When I first quit my job I stayed home for some time and I was sending my CV out to companies to see if there's any job vacancy and then I got one I was called for an interview for the position of a relationship manager I went for the interview and they said I didn't really do well but could have considered me if and only if I have done the compulsory one year service, which I haven't done.

The mail they sent me for the interview had the number of somebody I was to talk to if I needed direction and that was the number of the managing director I did not know. I conversed with him like a normal person I wasn't rude I wasn't too professional. After the interview when I knew he was the managing director I kept on texting him, I kept on calling I kept on begging and finally he said I should come back to the office that has sister businesses that I could walk under. He gave me directions to go and meet the head manager of his sister business like another business he runs and when I got there I waited I mean I waited and when she finally came she didn't speak to me she just walked past and I was trying to explain myself that this person ask me to come she didn't give me a listening ear, nothing and then she asked for my CV. I told her I was asked to resume work and she was like I can't resume work just like that.

The whole situation became tiring and all, it was like a rollercoaster and it took more than 6 hours for us to come to a conclusion and I already labeled her bad in my mind.
I would have loved to call her name and in fact scream her name on top of the mountains because she's good. A boss that would readily stand and wedge war against whatever is attacking you. I know you may want to say it is normal boss duties but this one is different she is literally down to earth like there was one time I had an issue with clients the branch I'm heading and then the client threatened to call boys to come beat me up because I followed orders from above (it's a long story) and then she was like no problem they should come, that she's waiting for them anytime any day.
I have worked for a boss that would literally throw you under the bus within the twinkle of an eye, I know what I'm saying.

She's one of the best bosses I have worked with so far after the managing director.

Such a sweet and lovely soul. Although on the first day I completely wrote her off as someone I might have issues with working under her.
