Hello foodies, today I will invite you to prepare one of the special recipes for processed white bread combined with sausage. This recipe is also my participation in the @HivTopCheff contest. I have prepared this recipe into a snack that is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. As we know, sausage is often a delicious main dish when paired with bread. This sausage bread is indeed a favorite of many people, but again, dishes like this should not be consumed too much. Yeah usually processed foods often make my stomach unfriendly. 4 slices of white bread
4 sausages
1 egg
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon hot sauce
100 grams fanir flour

Making Procedure

Prepare white bread then flatten the white bread with a rolling pin until it is completely flat and easy to roll.

Next add the sauce and mayonnaise mixture on the surface of the bread layer.

Add sausage then roll lengthwise, then cut into two parts.

Crack the egg then coat the roll in the egg.

Then roll in fanir flour until evenly distributed.

After everything is done, fry until brownish yellow until the sausage is completely cooked. Make sure to use low heat so that it is evenly cooked.
