Teachers the Grassroots of Success

Most time we down play the work of a class room teacher ,the lecturer, or even the guidance of a tutor who threads us on the part to the success which we are in now .

I remember back then in school, we do have this debate every second term and sometimes we do go out for competition., it is usually a lead speaker ,sub speaker and so on. Most of the topics are usually the same thing either doctors versus teachers or teachers versus farmers.

I always stand with the teacher even if I liked it or not . But now been an adult I realized I was right teachers are more valuable than the doctors, here me out before crucifying me .

Those doctors need someone who would teach them how to save ,that is why they need to go to school, in Africa even the native doctors have apprentice, who would later become native doctors and those apprentice you don't see them doing something else contrary to what been thought by their masters , it is called schooling or tutoring for even those apprentice stays up to three to four years learning how to cure sickness mixing leafs . At the ending of the day some might graduate to become a good professional native doctors , others growing to become a more wicked part of the native doctor. Others while not looking to leave their teacher for they know the importance of sticking around to learn move , choose to stay , because leaving your teacher means you going to the next village to showcase your expertise,when you are not sure if where you are going has or need a native doctor.

That is point one for teachers for me .

Now coming down to biblical level even Jesus had to learn carpenter y from his dad to show a form of schooling, I know someone might say how does it connect , that he was and is all knowing ,but the truth is that he was an understudy to everything he did on earth .

Now coming back to the farmers and teachers level , I will still stand tall by saying teachers are valuable assets despite not been paid very well governments of various countries, you can not just start a farm with out learning how to nurture the farm ,what weeds could kill your crops, or what things could kill your animals, you still need the help of a teacher, , the magnitude of how much we do need them in various ways are enormous, we can't do without them .

From our daily lives we tend to act on everything thing that is been taught by them , if it is business,market place by calculation of money , credit and debit, we see that everyday . And it show that we really learnt fast . So with this I t hope to convince you that teachers are more valuable than doctors. Not disputing the fact that doctors saves lives , we need teachers for they have shaped the society, that we live in so I could be conducive for the doctors to leave in
