A lot has been happening in the life of social media, from fake life, fake teaching and teachers, scams, wrong parenting, to how to face challenges.
These things are affecting everyone, not just adolescents, from broken churches, homes, relationships, lost business, life, and even causing unnecessary obsession to maintain a standard that was not even set just because of the pressure of being among.

Hear me clearly when I say social media has done a lot of GOOD in terms of knowledge, information, connection, people meeting their spouse, business connection, etc.
A lot of goodies can we do without them, no neither can the adolescence. Why? Because it has made what we, the Gen XYZ, found difficult, such as Education, Economy, Telecommunications, and Interaction wise. But in this Generation, it is better and easier than before and has made people millionaires and able to put food on their table in the morning and at night.Even adolescents now make money by helping in one way or another legally.

But the disadvantage is just too much. The rate at which people's relationships fail and we have so many broken families is because of this same social media. It makes adolescents believe that they can misbehave and still go free because they too listen to those teachings.Or is it the constant watching of pornography which now has no limit or the rise of sexual immoral acts? Let me share a story about what happened when I went to fix my laptop. A boy who is still learning how to repair a system was watching porn while he was working, and his boss happened to be around. The boss caught him and took a photo to show the boy's family what their son was doing at work.What's worse, the boy was not apologetic about it, which, for me, is a bad attitude from a boy who is not yet 17 years old.Or is it the bad teaching that goes? If you don't give a lady money, it means you don't love her and can't take care of her, and it's good if she goes out to look for another man. What teaching will it take for the younger ones?

Is it the pressure of being among those seeing pictures and videos of people riding cars and spending lavishly that makes these young ones go into fraudulent activities, and some of the ladies go into prostitution to maintain standards with their peers without them knowing the source of the income?

Practically, some young people now smoke hard substances just to feel included, due to the influence of social media. Additionally, my government's hands are also involved because if the country focused more on the younger generation, some of the issues would not even arise to be called issues in the first place.In a nutshell, social media is a two-way thing, positive and negative, but it should be regulated.
