Wallpaper Worth Pictures – A Journey Through Frames.
Wallpaper Worth Pictures
This post is my entry to the contest where I focused on capturing wallpaper-worthy moments. Every image holds a simple story, from islands and rivers to sandstorms and wildlife. These frames were taken during free exploration and random encounters, showing both beauty and mystery found in unexpected places.
I remember hunting shadows for a contest theme back in the days, the theme that's not announced for a long time. So I tried some shadow hunting on my own that should fit well for wallpapers.
It was a fishing net on the river. I climbed on top of the net and tried this aerial view of the net and its shadow.
There are tiny islands in this gaming world and I like to explore them. It was from such an island in the river. Surprisingly, I found my horse even there when there was no route to get there, without the water route.
When I was rowing the boat fast, I noticed the birds from a far and I knew they would fly away as soon as I get close to them so I was ready to capture them flying like this.
I was passing this lake riding my horse and suddenly noticed this man collecting water from the lake with that strange machinery. There were more of them doing the same thing.
How abut a view from the sandstorm? Yeah, I get to see such sandstorm only when I'm lurking around the isolated desert.
When I returned to the green after a long exploration in the isolated desert, those birds were like welcoming me flocking their feathers.
It looks like a crime scene as there was a dead body in the frame but no human did the crime. It was a gators area and I guess that's a fisherman whose luck left him that day.
I wish this frame would be more centered. I don't know why I didn't look for a more center frame, probably there was some issues/objects around.
That's a big boat with prison cells on it. It belongs to the guards. I can always take a fight with them and you know who'll win.
I'll show more of my photographic journey of the games soon, so stay tuned to my blog if you liked them.
The screenshots are taken by me personally from my gameplay and I borrowed the game's logo from DevianArt.
Thanks for stopping by.
These shots are amazing. Overall, these are some of the best wallpaper-worthy shots I've seen. I'm working on my entry as well but I feel competitive now after checking out yours.
Thanks for stopping by and there is always room for more great shots.
