MONOMAD | Some treasures that can be found

This is my entry for the #monomad contest.

Hello new friends of the community, I have admired your content for some time and have grown fond of black and white photography, so for the first time I want to share with you some of my most recent photographs in order to participate in your famous contest.
Without further ado, I hope you enjoy what you will see today.

Sometimes I take walks around the city and photograph all kinds of things that catch my attention.

📷 “Monument to freedom”

Near my home there is a small square where some statues were built to commemorate the independence day of several Latin American nations, this statue represents the greatness of the flag of my country Venezuela.
(It does not appear in the photo because that day the flag is not hoisted).

📷 "La Prensa"

Many, many years ago, newspapers were distributed throughout the city in this building, nowadays its doors are closed to the public, it is an emblematic site for journalists who are trained at the university.

📷 "Little friend"

From time to time I meet stray animals wandering around, they all have a unique and wonderful soul that makes me feel sorry for them. This animo fell very well for keeping me company while I was taking pictures, I hope to see him again very soon.
