I told her to come check out all the gear they’d dumped in the amusement-park parking lot — I’m pretty sure a big circus is coming.
She went, “Ohhh… wait, is this the same circus that was in Kerman a while back? The Iran–Portugal one?”
Then we got into this whole convo about ticket prices, which are obviously going to be expensive.
We both agreed that people here will happily burn piles of money on the most pointless stuff, but when it comes to things that are actually worth it, suddenly everybody gets stingy and starts complaining.
Honestly, I think we need more events like this, just to shake people out of that mindset.
بهش گفتم که بیاد این وسایل رو ببینه که گذاشتن توی پارکینگ شهربازی و گفتم به نظرم یه سیرکه بزرگه... گفت "هااا... نکنه همین سیرکیه که چند وقت کرمون بود؟ ترکیب ایران و پرتغال..." و بعد راجع‌به قیمت بلیط‌ش صحبت کردیم که حتماً باید گرون باشه.
هردومون موافق بودیم که آدمای اینجا یه عالمه پول بی‌زبون رو خرج چیزهای الکی می‌کنن ولی واسه چنین چیزهایی زورشون میاد و غر می‌زنن. به نظرم باید از این چیزا بیشتر اتفاق بیوفته تا فرهنگ‌سازی بشه.
