[ENG - ESP] Reflections in the Twilight Hours | Entry for Show Me a Reflection Picture

Today I’m joining the Reflection Hunters contest with these beautiful nighttime reflections on the sea.

Hoy vengo a participar en el concurso de los cazadores de reflejos con estos bellos reflejos nocturnos en el mar.

🌃The sunsets at this particular spot along the Getxo promenade are breathtaking. Some afternoons, I head over there for a walk with my friends to catch up on life. I’ve mentioned before that whenever I breathe in the sea air, a sense of peace washes over me that’s hard to describe. It’s as if the beauty of the view, the sound of the waves, and the scent of the ocean just fill me up. I feel like I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be, in the perfect moment, truly living in the present. All my anxiety just melts away.

🌉Los atardeceres en este punto en particular del paseo marítimo de Getxo son hermosos. Algunas tardes voy por allí a caminar con mis amigas mientras hablamos de la vida. Les he comentado antes que cuando respiro el aire de mar mi cuerpo se llena de una paz difícil de describir, es como si toda la belleza de lo que veo, del sonido de las olas y del olor a mar me inundaran y siento que estoy en donde tengo que estar, en el momento perfecto, viviendo el presente. Toda ansiedad desaparece.

🌃The excitement starts the moment I get on the metro. Even before reaching my destination, the views are already so romantic—so here are a few "travel reflections" for you.

🌉Desde que voy en el metro camino al encuentro ya me empiezo a emocionar. Desde antes de llegar a mi destino ya hay unas vistas muy románticas. Y aquí algunos reflejos de viaje.

🌃And this here 👇 is my entry picture for the contest because I love how the reflections of the little boats, the colors of the sky and the lights on the water look, and also the pose of my friend, everything fits beautifully 🩵.

Y esta de aquí👆 es mi foto para el concurso. Me encanta cómo se ven los reflejos de las barquitas, los colores del cielo y las luces sobre el agua; además, con la pose de mi amiga, siento que todo encaja perfectamente🩵.

🌃I hope these photos manage to capture a bit of the magic of those minutes—when a few brushstrokes of daylight still lingered in the sky while the night wrapped its arms around us. There we were, walking, sharing secrets, and laughing out loud with that feeling of: “No matter what the future holds, everything is okay right now.”

🌉 Espero haber podido transmitir a través de estas fotos un poco de la magia de esos minutos en los que aún quedaban unas pocas pinceladas de luz diurna en el cielo y la noche ya nos arropaba mientras caminábamos contándonos secretos y riendo en voz alta con esa sensación de : “No importa lo que nos depare el futuro, todo está bien ahora”.*
