The #BeerSaturday Challenge - Week 453: Without water, but with beer

Without water, but with beer

Hello, friends of the world. Hello, friends of Hive, lovers of beer and the good things in life. Today is once again Saturday, the ideal day to drink and share beers in this cool #beersaturday initiative and on this amazing platform.

In the city where I live, Cumaná, we haven't had drinking water since last Tuesday, so we have had to manage by buying jars and water containers not only to drink and cook, but also to wash ourselves.

They have been days of great calamity, all thanks to the poor management of the State due to the lack of supervision and maintenance of the city's hydrological system. But as the saying goes: in bad times, put on a good face.😶

So yesterday, we thought of going to take a bath and cook food at the river. Thank God, Cumaná not only has beautiful beaches, but also several rivers, with which we can manage. Since the idea was to spend the whole day, we decided to buy things to cook and a box of Zulia beer to pass the time.

Zulia beer is one of the most economical in the country. Individually, they cost about $0.80, and the box of 36 bottles is valued at $22. Since they are returnable beer boxes, people must bring back the 36 empty bottles; otherwise, they have to pay a difference. At home, we have bottles from various beer brands, so there's no problem with that.

Zulia beer has a perfect 4.5° of alcohol and belongs to Cervecería Regional. Its taste is not as bitter as Polar Negra, but it is not as bland as Polar Light. It has a balanced and refreshing smell like bread and has a golden color with plenty of foam.

Zulia is the oldest beer in the country and is made with ingredients such as water, malted barley, cereals, hops, and stabilizers. Personally, I think all liquor products from Cervecería Regional are good. Such is the case with the two types of Cerveza Regional (Pilsen and Lager type), Zulia, and Morena.

At the end of the day, we arrived so tired that we just went to bed without thinking much about the big problem we have these days: water

After having two beers and refreshing ourselves, we gathered strength to continue with all the joy in the world. I would like to invite my friend @josemalavem to delight us with a post on The #BeerSaturday Challenge - Week 453, an initiative of the #beer community and the incomparable and friend @detlev.🍻😎

Sorry to hear about the water, but looks like the river would be a fun place for a dip. Do you have a designated driver to get you there or is there a non drinker amongst you! A beer hug 🍻

The situation is really worrying and worst of all, the leaders do not face it. Everything is exhausting. I hope you are better, despite today's result of 2 to 4. A hug to console us

Así mismo es. Esto parece una película de terror y nosotros somos los protagonistas. Saludos
