Beer and HIVE: the perfect match!
The weekend is here, folks! Today is Saturday and it is an excellent occasion to uncork a cold beer, while we write and read comments on the best social network in the world: HIVE.
Last week I shared with you my appreciation of the green Solera beer, which is one of the premium products of La Cervecería Polar, one of the oldest and perhaps the most successful breweries in this country, Venezuela. Today we will try another of their star products: the famous Solera azul, which is not as strong as the green one.
Blue Solera, famous for its methylene blue or Prussian blue bottle and can, is a light beer of 4° of alcohol, tasty, not aggressive at all. It is ideal for those who take care of their figure and are concerned about not consuming many calories (during its production, all carbohydrates are eliminated to make it lighter).
This beer is of the Pale lager type, so it is paler than the green one and has an attenuated, refreshing and light hop flavor, it also has a slight fruity flavor. It also comes in two presentations, bottle and can, and its value ranges between 0.80 and 1.50$. Generally, this type of beer is found in supermarkets and bodegones.
While reading the comments and the excellent posts of my friends, I tasted a delicious beer, which not only refreshed the body, but also the soul. After I finished reading and commenting, I looked out the window to see the world and couldn't stop smiling.
Paulo Freire said: “The reading of the world precedes the reading of the word”. What the Brazilian educator did not say is that if one accompanies reading with a beer, the world is doubly beautiful.
